What is qigong?
Qigong is the practice and development your own focus, energy, and health. For thousands of years different systems and exercises have been developed and utilized by millions of people as a way to take care of their minds, hearts, spirits, and bodies. These ancient techniques are simple, powerful, and very deep. Exercises involve breathing techniques, simple movements, and ways to focus and calm the mind.

Qi gong is often used to decrease anxiety, stress, depression, insomnia, blood pressure issues, heart palpitations, pain, fatigue, and most symptoms of disharmony in the body. It can also be part of a wellness practice that will likely increase strength, focus, mental clarity, and self awareness.
